Lavender Hill Hair Color was looking to increase the number of sales generated through their retail website.
First we noticed that their front page was missing a strong call-to-action and that it was hard to understand what their website was about or what it was selling – many thought it was a hair salon.
So we focused on helping the prospect understand that they were selling hair color products on the website – we showed photos of their products on the front page.
We also gave the front page more action items to bring the consumer in to the product pages. For example, we added a “Buy Now” button to the front image, and added an “Order Now” button to the product image.
We will be monitoring and analyzing these changes to see how they effect sales over the next couple of months. We will also be performing more performance improvements as time goes on.
